I recommend buying several newspapers so that you can get the best deals on B1G1, '2 for", or "3 for" deals. Yes, if there is a B1G1 deal at a store, most will accept 2 coupons.
Try to purchase the early edition of a Sunday newspaper on Saturday. For example, I purchase the early edition of the Hartford Courant Sunday paper on Saturday and pay just 75¢. So, as long as I have used just 1 $1 coupon then it has more than paid for itself.
